Morning coffee, afternoon tea and light refreshments are served throughout the day in our comfortable bar. We can accommodate groups of up to 60 for conferences, parties, weddings and exhibitions. We also offer Day and 24 hour Delegate Packages at extremely competitive rates. The hotel is perfectly placed, both as a business or leisure base to explore the many attractions of this historic city, The Broads Water Recreation Area and the glorious Norfolk countryside. Unfortunately we do not accept pets, however Guide Dogs or Hearing Dogs for the Deaf are always welcome. We have a limited number of non-smoking rooms available. These are sold on a first come first served basis.

By Car:
- At the junction of the A47 (Southern Bypass) and the A11, take the turning for the city centre (A11).
- Continue for approximately 3.2 km (2 miles) until you reach the outer ring road roundabout.
- Keep on the A11 for the city and take the 3rd junction on the left (Mount Pleasant). The hotel is signposted.
